Domestic US Customers

  1. We accept returns of any item in its original packing and condition within 30 days of placing your order. Customer has the choice of store credit or refund in the original mode of payment within this timeframe. Any returns made after this time period will receive store credit only. Customers are responsibe for return shipping. Please note that if the order has been shipped incorrectly then you will be provided a shipping label to return the order.

  1. Please make sure that the item returned is in its original condition and packaging. If the item is not in a sellable condition it will be refused and no refund will be given. This condition is followed very strictly. There is a 10%-15% restocking fee levied on returns. The restocking fee is charged on the selling price of the item at the time the customer made the purchase. Only bulky items such as carrom boards are charged 15% restocking fees; rest are charged 10%.

 

  1. If the item ordered is defective/damaged/incomplete at the time of delivery, please send us an email at sales@bigbluecricket.comimmediately so that the shipping carrier can be alerted and a claim can be filed. If the item you ordered has a manufacturing defect please also inform us by email and we will give you instructions on how to move forward. If the item received indeed has any defect it is very important you let us know by email within 2 business days of receiving it. If you do not do this we consider the item delivered in perfect condition.

 

  1. If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, the exchange item will only be shipped once we have received the return and inspected the contents. If you would like us to send us the exchange even before we receive your return then you will place a new order and we will refund you on your return once we receive it.

 

International Customers

  1. Shipping charges of all returns are to be borne by the customer. If we are levied any charges for shipping or duties, we will adjust the charges against the refund.
Warranty Policy
  • Sports Equipment specially cricket gear carries very limited warranty as the durability of the product wholly depends on the care and usage of the item. However, we do cover manufacturing defects. If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect please contact us at sales@bigbluecricket.com. We require written intimation to move forward to resolve your defect issue.
  • Items that have manufacturing defects have to be shipped back to us so we can inspect them. Shipping charges are responsibility of the customer. Once we have confirmed that the product is indeed defective we will reimburse the shipping charges for that particular item.
  • We may require photographs of the item in question initially to verify if it qualifies for a claim.
