Domestic US Customers
1. We fulfill orders placed with us within 2-3 business days if the item/s ordered are in stock. Transit time of the order is dependant on the shipping service level that you select and is additional to the processing time.
2. If the item is not in stock we will inform you right away by email or phone. If the item is in back order and is expected to be in stock in a reasonable amount of time we will ship the rest of the items in the order right away and ship the out of stock item once its available at no extra shipping charges.
3. We ship our domestic US shipments by UPS and USPS. Tracking numbers of the order package will be provided so that you may know at all points where your package is.
4. We stand behind our service. However, once a package leaves our facilities the shipping company is liable for any issues during transit. If your package and its items are damaged or lost in transit please contact us immediately. You can send us an email to sales@bigbluecricket.comto inform us. We will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and make sure that the matter is resolved in a timely manner.
5. All complaints and comments regarding any order have to be given in writing through email. Please send email to sales@bigbluecricket.com.
6. If there are any unusual delays we will contact you through phone or email. Please take the time to solve any issues or disputes so we can take care of them in an amicable manner.
International Customers
1. Transit times to our international customers may vary as per distance and other factors. Please contact us if you have specific questions regarding transit times.
2. Shipping charges for international destinations are based on weight and the distance and the service level. For most countries we have real time shipping charges in checkout.
3. All duties and taxes are payable by customer. We are not liable for any duties or brokerage charges. Please be aware that some countries such as Canada will attract brokerage and/or duties.
4. Any damage or loss in transit is covered by the carrier. Please send us immediate notification if your order contents are damaged or lost. Photos of the damage are very useful in filing claims with carriers and these can be emailed to us.
